1. Hizmet Tanımı
Fincan, yapay zeka destekli bir Türk kahvesi falı yorumlama uygulamasıdır. Uygulama, kullanıcıların çektiği kahve fincanı fotoğraflarını analiz ederek eğlence amaçlı fal yorumları sunar.
2. Kabul ve Onay
Fincan uygulamasını indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
3. Hizmet Kapsamı
Fincan aşağıdaki hizmetleri sunar:
- Kahve fincanı fotoğrafı analizi
- Yapay zeka destekli fal yorumu
- Sembol tanıma ve açıklama
- Takip soruları (çekirdek ile)
- Fal geçmişi kaydetme
- Rozet ve başarı sistemi
- Sosyal paylaşım özellikleri
4. Yaş Sınırı
Fincan, 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir. 13 yaşından küçükseniz bu uygulamayı kullanamazsınız.
5. Kullanıcı Hesabı
Bazı özellikleri kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekebilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızda yetkisiz erişim tespit ederseniz derhal bize bildirmelisiniz.
Hesap Silme: Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içi Ayarlar > Hesabı Sil seçeneğinden silebilirsiniz. Hesap silindiğinde tüm verileriniz kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.
6. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymalısınız:
- Yasalara ve düzenlemelere uygun davranmak
- Başkalarının haklarına saygı göstermek
- Uygunsuz, müstehcen veya zararlı içerik yüklememek
- Sistemi kötüye kullanmaya veya manipüle etmeye çalışmamak
- Uygulamanın teknik altyapısına zarar vermemek
7. Eğlence Amaçlı Hizmet
ÖNEMLİ: Fincan tarafından sağlanan tüm fal yorumları yalnızca eğlence amaçlıdır. Bu yorumlar:
- Profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz
- Geleceği tahmin etme iddiasında değildir
- Önemli kararlarınızda tek başına referans alınmamalıdır
- Tıbbi, hukuki veya finansal tavsiye yerine geçmez
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
Fincan uygulaması, logoları, tasarımları ve içerikleri dahil tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları bize aittir. İzinsiz kullanım, kopyalama veya dağıtım yasaktır.
9. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Uygulama, aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetlerini kullanır:
- Firebase (Google) - Veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama, analitik
- OpenAI - Fal yorumu oluşturma
- RevenueCat - Abonelik yönetimi
- Google AdMob - Reklam gösterimi
Bu hizmetlerin kendi kullanım koşulları ve gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
10. Abonelik ve Ödemeler
Premium özellikler için abonelik satın alabilirsiniz:
- Ödemeler App Store üzerinden işlenir
- Abonelikler otomatik olarak yenilenir
- İptal işlemi mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur
- Geri ödeme talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir
- Premium aboneler reklamsız deneyim yaşar
11. Çekirdek (Kredi) Sistemi
Takip soruları sormak için çekirdek satın alabilirsiniz:
- Çekirdekler tek seferlik satın alımlardır (abonelik değil)
- Satın alınan çekirdekler hesabınıza tanımlanır
- Çekirdekler iade edilemez
- Kullanılmayan çekirdekler hesabınızda kalır
12. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Fincan, yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde aşağıdakilerden sorumlu tutulamaz:
- Fal yorumlarına dayalı olarak alınan kararlardan kaynaklanan zararlar
- Hizmet kesintileri veya teknik sorunlar
- Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerindeki aksaklıklar
- Veri kaybı veya yetkisiz erişim
13. Değişiklikler
Bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulacaktır.
14. Fesih
Kullanım koşullarını ihlal etmeniz durumunda hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
15. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanacaktır.

1. Service Description
Fincan is an AI-powered Turkish coffee fortune reading app. The app analyzes coffee cup photos taken by users and provides fortune readings for entertainment purposes.
2. Acceptance and Consent
By downloading, installing, or using the Fincan app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
3. Service Scope
Fincan offers the following services:
- Coffee cup photo analysis
- AI-powered fortune interpretation
- Symbol recognition and explanation
- Follow-up questions (with credits)
- Fortune history saving
- Badge and achievement system
- Social sharing features
4. Age Restriction
Fincan is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under 13, you may not use this app.
5. User Account
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for the security of your account information. If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time via in-app Settings > Delete Account. When your account is deleted, all your data is permanently removed.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the app, you must follow these rules:
- Comply with laws and regulations
- Respect the rights of others
- Not upload inappropriate, obscene, or harmful content
- Not attempt to abuse or manipulate the system
- Not damage the app's technical infrastructure
7. Entertainment Purpose
IMPORTANT: All fortune readings provided by Fincan are for entertainment purposes only. These readings:
- Do not constitute professional advice
- Do not claim to predict the future
- Should not be used as the sole reference for important decisions
- Do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights including the Fincan app, logos, designs, and content belong to us. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) - Database, authentication, analytics
- OpenAI - Fortune reading generation
- RevenueCat - Subscription management
- Google AdMob - Ad display
These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
You can purchase subscriptions for premium features:
- Payments are processed through the App Store
- Subscriptions auto-renew
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies
- Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience
11. Credit System
You can purchase credits to ask follow-up questions:
- Credits are one-time purchases (not subscriptions)
- Purchased credits are added to your account
- Credits are non-refundable
- Unused credits remain in your account
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fincan shall not be liable for:
- Damages resulting from decisions made based on fortune readings
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Disruptions in third-party services
- Data loss or unauthorized access
13. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Important changes will be announced within the app.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
